Booking policies

Deposit

A non-refundable £15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your service by cash or card.

Cancellation

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel on time or communicate will result in 50% fee charged.

Rescheduling

Please contact me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Last-minute changes may result in a forfeited deposit.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or a late fee charge.

  • *Slots are released on the 20th of every month for the following month, please book in advance to avoid any disappointment.
  • *Out of hour appointments (before 10am and from 7pm slots) can be booked via email or DM.
  • *Returning clients (3 or more previous appointment) can book via DM from the 15th of the month before, please dm with your details, service needed and deposit ready.
  • *Bridal enquires and group bookings can be made months in advance, please send an email or message on our whatsapp to be booked in for a phone consultation.
  • *Colouring appointments not available on here as an add on will be available to book via DM.
  • *When booking customisation only slots, please pick the date you'll like to pick up or have your unit posted back to you, this means I'll need to have received your unit 5 days before the date picked with a returned address.
  • *Please note if your unit isn't dropped off on time (3-5 days before your appointmen), it'll be classed as an out of hour appointment, same day appointments are an extra £20 too.

Hey ladies, please take note
when booking your appointments

  • • Your wig/frontal has to be dropped off or delivered to me at least 3 days before your appointment day or it's an extra £15 fee
  • • Appointments from 7pm are extra £10-£15 depending on the style and how long it takes
  • • Please make sure your hair is washed and blow dried before the appointment, (I will not touch your hair if it doesn't look clean)
  • • No deposit no booking
  • • Please bring your foundation with you to your install appointment
  • • If you're bringing your hair extension on the day it has to be prestretched
